ettolrach.com is my personal website which includes blog posts authored by me and any other credited authors, if applicable.

What data I collect

I do not collect any personal data. Although I do collect a display name for leaving comments on my blog posts, this is not personal data, as it does not necessarily uniquely identify you.

Deleting your data

If you would like to delete your comment, please email me using the contact details below. After processing this request, I will delete the data from the live version of the website within 30 days unless I use my right to refuse the request if it is unreasonable, as defined by the UK GDPR law.

Backups of the website, however, will still retain your personal data. These backups are overwritten on a regular basis not exceeding 24 months. While I will make an effort to delete the data from backups, I cannot make any guarantee that this is possible, as the system which I am using to host this website may change, and I may not have the ability to modify the data of backups.

Please note that I am also required to keep a log of the request and the action taken.
